11 Chief Ministers to attend Chandrababu's Swearing-in Ceremony

TDP president Nara Chandrababu Naidu, who will be sworn in as chief minister of the residual State of Andhra Pradesh on June 8, has sent invitations to chief ministers of 11 States to his swearing in ceremony.  He will be swearing-in as the Chief Minister at the Yuva Gharjana grounds, in front of Acharya Nagarjuna University that falls in between Vijayawada and Guntur. The date and time of the ceremony are announced by him as 11.45 a.m. on June 8.

Naidu sent invitations to Goa Chief minister Manohar Parrikar , Tamil Nadu CM J.JayaLalithaa, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik, Punjab CM Parkash Singh Badal, Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje, Chattisgarh CM Raman Singh, Gujarat CM Anandiben Patel, Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar, Nagaland CM T. R. Zeliang and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee. He also sent invitations to all the Union cabinet ministers to attend his swearing in ceremony.

He also personally wrote letters to the Union cabinet ministers and chief ministers in this regard. He also reportedly sent invitations to Lok Satta Party president Dr Jaya Prakash Narayan, YSR Congress Party chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy and leaders of CPI, CPI-M and other political parties.
